Progress update headshots drawings

The first headshot is a female. I use a reference from a realistic picture but I changed a few areas in my drawing. This layer is a rough sketch.

I change certain areas in the face where I was exploring different head shape and eyes.

I made a red outline where to see a different style of hair and decide if I want to change it or stay with old style.

When looking at my piece, I was deciding should I add something to the eyes. So I decided to trace over the og eyes but add a longer eye lash. From there I was deciding if I want to keep or take away. Ignore the blue line I forgot to erase.

This is my concept for a female headshot, but is not the final design. I'm planning to revisited this piece again and probably change the hairstyle or how the hair flows. I also changed a few things in the piece.
